When will my order ship?

Processing Time

Items take 2-3 days to process before shipping.

Holidays and big sales may effect processing time.

Please Note:

Dollface reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime, whether it be due to fraud risks, inventory errors or other issues.

In the event that your order is refunded, you will receive an email notice and full refund.

How do I check my tracking?

You should receive an automated email with tracking information when your item is shipped. You can also track your order through Shop.

What do I do if my package got returned?

If your package gets returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you to try and resolve the issue. You will have 10 days to get back to us before we refund you the cost of the item. We will re-ship your item for free if you provide an updated valid address, however if the item is returned a second time we will have to refund you.

How do I return an item?

Our return Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on intimates such as:

Tights/Stockings

Bodysuits

Swimsuits

Panties

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What happens if I order a pre-order item with a non-pre-order item?

All your items will be shipped together. If you would like your order shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Where are your products made?

Our arsenal consists of both made-in-house pieces and outsourced products.

We outsource production of our most popular products to small factories. We work closely with them not only to deliver a quality product, but ensure that their working environment is up to local standards. All our third-party manufacturers are certified by BSCI, SEDEX or SAI (SA8000) to ensure that their conditions are humane, void of child labor and dangerous conditions.

Is Dollface sustainable?

Sustainability in the fashion industry is hard to come by. In the end, creating anything new is going is always going to create some kind of waste.

We try to focus on making products that will last, all our tees are made of thick, 100% cotton fabric, and will hold up again and again in the washing machine. Our accessories are made of real leather whenever possible, instead of oil-derived "vegan-leather" (which is not nearly as sustainable as you might think!).

We are big fans of organic materials, because not only are they better for your body, they are better for the planet in the long run.
